How We Started
WE CARE was birthed from the desire to serve others by meeting them where they are and guiding them to where they are trying to be. Our business idea came to fruition due to the overwhelming needs in our community and the challenges faced when trying to overcome them. WE CARE focuses on encouraging, assisting, and supporting those that provide the services needed within our community.
About The Founder.
Tanisha Gomez is the founder and lead consultant at WE CARE CONSULTANTS, LLC. Having more than 19 years of experience in Head Start and Early Head Start programs with over 15 of those years being in a management position, Tanisha's personal goals are to share her knowledge within her community, build confidence in those around her, and serve those that want to help others. Tanisha has worked as an overseer of health, safety, sanitation, and nutrition in a multitude of roles. Each position served to drive her passion for creating a safe and loving environment that promotes healthy growth and development for children and families in all circumstances with exceptional leadership in place.
Outside of her work to better the community's resources, Tanisha is also a mother and grandmother and enjoys spending quality time with her children and grandchildren.

Human Services Advisory Council (HSAC) is a council appointed by the County Board of Chosen Freeholders and is responsible for allocating funding based on planning results and prioritized needs as well as implementing and promoting programs to meet identified results.
